Delivery Information

Delivery Cost: £7.99 (includes a free return postage label).

Delivery Days: Monday–Sunday via Royal Mail (8:00 AM – 2:30 PM).

Dispatch Cut-off Times:

● Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM

● Saturday: 10:00 AM

● No dispatch on Sundays or UK public holidays

Next Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before the last dispatch time. Devices ship via “Next Working Day” to arrive by your hire start date.

Delivery Locations

Any valid UK address (home, office, hostel, B&B, hotel, etc.). Hotel/hostel/office deliveries usually go to reception/concierge/mailroom.

Airport & Local Collection: Available at selected locations (e.g., Heathrow T3, Heathrow T5, Manchester Airport T1). Order online in advance.

Tip: Place your order at least 1–3 working days in advance for smooth delivery.

Returns

A free prepaid return label is included with your package.

To return:

● Pack the device securely in the original packaging.

● Attach the prepaid return label clearly.

● Drop at any UK post office or post box before your hire end date.

If you’re leaving the UK, please return the device before heading to the airport, as airport post boxes accept only flat envelopes.

Devices must be returned no later than the agreed hire end date. Late returns incur daily fees plus an admin charge (see rental agreement).
